Update on waste collection services for Youth Day

Residents are advised that refuse collection services will continue as normal on Monday, 16 June, Youth Day.

Residents should however be aware of the possibility of earlier collection or delays, as operational factors such as reduced holiday traffic could affect collection times. Residents should ensure to take their bins out at 6:30 in the morning as a precaution.

If delays do occur, residents should please take their bins out each day until it has been emptied.

If you are affected by refuse collection delays, recycling and composting can help save space in the bin. 

Drop-off sites
All City drop-off sites will be open on Youth Day at public holiday operating hours.
